here are few failures, mistakes, DONTS - from clients, customers or/and developers
a classic failure - all capacitors wrong polarity - rootcause missing knowledge and the switchboard use a + sign at positive, the user thought the white dot is +
small solder core blobs - create here a hiss, noise in the audio path
Trace in contact with part/body of a germanium transistor
a classic failure by developers.. traces under standoffs - a electrical short risk = high
